Family law is a cornerstone of our practice. We have represented business owners, politicians, professionals, celebrities, and moms and dads in their divorce and parenting cases for over 30 years.
Marriage, the birth of children, divorce, the death of a loved one, and changing personal interests (such as charitable causes), are common reasons for creating or revising a will. Our office can review existing documents, or prepare new documents for you.
Most domestic relations cases can be resolved through mediation, which provides a professionally trained third-party to people in conflict in an effort to help them feel heard and understood while they work toward resolution.
