About Nelson Braff

Nelson Braff specializes in the restaurant and hospitality industries, real estate law, and finance. He has experience with investment banking and brokerage firms. Mr. Braff has vast experience in the real estate law field, from small closings to large real estate commercial investments.

Mr. Braff is additionally the Managing Partner of Hunt and Fish Club, and has also been involved in a number of other restaurants, bars and hospitality industry ventures.

Mr. Braff did stand-up comedy at places like Caroline’s for a number of years, but honed his legal acumen as an attorney at Certilman, Balin, Adler & Hyman, prior to becoming partner in Kanon, Mandel & Braff, Long Island, Jacobs, Zinns & Braff, and now at PULLP. Mr. Braff further acted as Principal and investment banker at Perrin, Holden & Davenport Capital Corporation.

Mr. Braff obtained his Bachelors degree at Brooklyn College and his Juris Doctor from Emory University Law School.
