A Long-time Resident of the San Antonio Area
Outside of work, Nathan enjoys fishing, mountain biking, and barbecuing. You will often see Nathan hiking the local trails with his dog Mitzi. Nathan grew up in the San Antonio area. Nathan’s family was in the restaurant business, as owners and operators of The Bayous, for over 100 years. From the family restaurant business, Nathan was able to learn about hospitality and good customer service.
