About Myrlin Earle

In 1986 Myrlin Earle began defending Transit Agencies and Corporate and Insurance Companies. In 1993, in Georgia, Mr. Earle became a Prosecutor with the Fulton County Solicitor General’s Office, handling DUI’s and other misdemeanors, including almost 20 Jury Trials. After two years, he moved up to the Fulton District Attorney’s Office where he became Chief Senior Assistant District Attorney over the newly created Major Narcotics Unit. He started the most aggressive drug prosecution in Georgia. Mr. Earle accumulated approximately twenty jury trials in this time.

From there, in 2001, Attorney Earle began his personal injury career at State Farm where he spent 10 years as In-House Counsel representing State Farm Auto Insurance in auto wreck cases. Myrlin accumulated numerous defense verdicts in metro Atlanta which saved State Farm Insurance Company millions of dollars. In 2010, he successfully defended a $10 million lawsuit involving avascular necrosis which resulted in a defense verdict.
