About Moe Greenberg

Moe Greenberg, a native of New York, is a member of the state Bars and Federal Courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He pursued his undergraduate degree in Classical Civilizations at SUNY Albany and later completed his law degree from Boston College Law School in 1981. Moe’s career began as an Attorney Advisor at the Providence, RI Office of Hearings and Appeals, where he collaborated closely with Administrative Law Judges in deciding Disability and SSI claims. He then transitioned to the role of Law Clerk to the sole US Bankruptcy Judge in RI.

Moe’s professional journey in private practice started more than three decades ago, primarily in the area of bankruptcy law. Later, he began representing disability claimants, which led him to establish his own firm solely dedicated to this field. At the time of launching his disability law practice, there were only a few attorneys in this field, and David Green, one of them, approached Moe, leading to the foundation of Green & Greenberg.

As a partner of Green & Greenberg for over thirty years, Moe has provided successful legal representation to thousands of clients in New England while also guiding the firm’s business development and growth. The firm has been a flourishing high-volume disability law practice for decades, adapting to technological, business, and legal changes in the field.
