About Michael Powell

Mike Powell has decades of experience as a trial and appellate lawyer. He works on a variety of matters, including oil and gas and water law controversies, products liability cases, and other types of complex contract and tort litigation. He has briefed and argued appeals in several U.S. Courts of Appeals, several state supreme courts and intermediate state courts. Mike is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and teaches as an adjunct professor at SMU Dedman School of Law.
