About Michael Paglia

Michael A. Paglia is a partner with Ritzler, Coughlin & Paglia for 20 years. He has handled high exposure general and trucking liability, pharmaceutical liability, commercial liability, environmental matters, product liability, auto/homeowners, business and contract disputes. Mike has defended insurance carriers, trucking companies, pharmacies, commercial businesses, large steel mills, national retailers and the United States of America. He has successfully presented dozens of cases to jury trials. He has practiced in Appellate Courts and is licensed to practice in all Ohio Courts as well as Federal Court.
