About Michael Mcelroy

For over 18 years Mr. McElroy was involved principally as an insurance defense attorney. During that time, he represented insurance companies, physicians, hospitals, corporations, nursing homes, and individuals in defense of personal injury claims.

In May, 2000, Mr. McElroy left the defense practice at Harman Owen Saunders & Sweeney in Atlanta, Georgia to establish Michael W. McElroy, P.C. The primary practice of Michael W. McElroy, P.C. is the representation of individuals in claims of serious personal injury. Michael W. McElroy, P.C. provides aggressive and ethical representation to individuals who have suffered serious personal injury as a result of negligence of physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, property owners, manufacturers and motorists.
