About Michael Later

Michael M. Later has practiced business and commercial law for more than 30 years. During his practice, he has gained expertise in a wide variety of areas of business law.

He provides skilled experience and representation to small and medium-sized businesses at reasonable rates. We gain our clients through referrals from our existing clients. Michael has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubble, the highest rating for ability and ethics. He also has received the highest rating for reviews by clients.

Michael is a graduate of Columbia University, where he received his B.A. He then received a Master’s Degree from Duke University. He then graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Utah Law School, where he was Senior Editor of the Utah Law Review.
