About Michael Danoff

Michael L. Danoff is the founder of Michael  Danoff & Associates, P.C.  Mr. Danoff was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Mr. Danoff has been practicing law in the state of New Mexico for over forty-three years and maintains a general litigation practice, including but not limited to, family law, complex commercial litigation, business litigation, employment law, real estate, medical malpractice, personal injury, products liability, and criminal law.  For more than four decades, Mr. Danoff has successfully tried jury and non-jury cases at all levels of state and federal courts in New Mexico and throughout the Southwest.   Mr. Danoff has presented oral argument in the Supreme Court of New Mexico, the New Mexico Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  Mr. Danoff also serves as a private and court-appointed mediator, arbitrator, and special master for various legal issues.
