About Meaghan Marro

A graduate of Florida State University, Meaghan received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Meaghan went on to receive a Master’s Degree from Western Michigan University’s Behavior Analysis Program.

While attending Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, Meaghan served as a Guardian Ad Litem and Certified Legal Intern for the Children and Families Law Clinic. She received the Certificate of Achievement for Bronze Level of Pro Bono Service and was the recipient of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers Scholarship which is awarded to students exhibiting outstanding academic ability in the area of matrimonial and family law.

Since graduating from law school, Meaghan has concentrated her practice on marital and family law. She also served as an Adjunct Professor for Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center’s Florida Bar Ancillary Program, where she prepared students for the Florida Bar Exam while mentoring them and providing individualized guidance.

Meaghan’s publications include “Dual Maternity Case to Head to Florida Supreme Court”, Daily Business Review, October 2, 2012, and “Saying I Do to a Smooth Divorce”, Weston Lifestyle Magazine, December 2012.

Meaghan has represented professional athletes (NFL, NBA), multinational and international business owners and executives, high-net-worth individuals, and everyday people. She donates her time by providing pro bono legal services and has served on several occasions as a pro bono Guardian Ad Litem.
