About Matthew Yates

Licensed in WA and OR. Matt’s practice focuses on business transaction work, entity formation, and corporate governance. Matt also assists clients with Real Estate matters as well as estate planning matters. Matt started practicing in 2006 and when he is not working, he enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest with his family, watching his kids play sports, and cheering on the University of Oregon Ducks.
Matt graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law and has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting.
