About Marla Eastwood

Marla joined the Shiver Hamilton team after 25 years of practicing law, with the last 16 years devoted exclusively to the representation of individuals in significant personal injury and wrongful death matters.  Like several of the lawyers at Shiver Hamilton, Marla began her law career at an insurance defense firm, where she gained valuable insight handling cases from the defense perspective. After years of experience handling substantial litigation from both sides of the aisle, Marla decided to follow her heart and focus her career on assisting families who have experienced catastrophic loss.

Marla brings with her a wide range of experience, including fire and explosion, roadway defect, traffic control, trucking, and commercial vehicle accidents, work site accidents, products liability and medical malpractice.

Marla and her husband, Jeff Glaser, live in the Morningside neighborhood with their daughter, Mia.
