About Mark Smith

Attorney Mark Smith has broad experience in civil litigation, primarily in the areas of personal injury, contract disputes, commercial litigation and insurance coverage. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in such matters practicing in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois.

Mark also has broad ranging alternative dispute resolution experience, including arbitration, mediation and other forms of dispute resolution. He has served as an arbitrator in various venues since 1998. He currently serves as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and also as a hearing officer for the St. Paul Public Housing Agency. He is a Minnesota Rule 114 qualified neutral and available to serve as a mediator and utilize his experience and knowledge to help litigants resolve their disputes prior to trial, or even prior to litigation.

Mark has represented multi-million dollar insurance companies, medium and small businesses, and individuals in a wide variety of matters.
