About Mark Davis
Admitted to practice in Hawaii in 1974, Mark S. Davis has spent over four decades fighting for his clients’ rights in and out of the courtroom. He has secured record-breaking verdicts and settlements for the injured and gained recognition not only for the results he has been able to achieve but for his professionalism, integrity, and ethics in the complex field of birth injury law.
Through the years, Mr. Davis has earned various accolades for his representation of plaintiffs in complex medical malpractice and personal injury matters. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America and was selected Lawyer of the Year. He is 1 of only 100 lawyers in America and the only Hawaii attorney who is a member of The Inner Circle of Advocates. He is a past President of this organization. He is also a strong advocate for civil rights throughout Hawaii and was on the National Board of Directors of the American Civil Liberties Union.
