About Manuel Rodriguez, Jr.

I received a Juris Doctor degree from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, California in 1989. I passed the California State Bar in 1990 and have been practicing in good standing continually through the present. I was certified as a specialist in workers’ compensation law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization from 2002 through 2021.

I served as chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Section for the North San Diego County Bar Association from 2005 to 2013. I served as co-chairman from 2015 to 2016, and I served as chairman once again from January 2017 to April 2018. I have represented more than 3,500 injured workers since 1993. My clients have been primarily from the north San Diego County area, including the cities of Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Escondido, Fallbrook, Valley Center, and Poway. The grand majority of my clients are referrals from past clients.

They continually send me their family and friends. I also receive client referrals from local attorneys who do not take workers’ compensation matters.
