About Lorraine Mccormick

Lorraine A. McCormick is a 1993 graduate of the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center and 1990 graduate of Louisiana State University where she received a Bachelor of Science. She was admitted to the bar in 1994 and began practicing family law as an associate for the law firm of Lee and Walsh.

On January 1, 2000, Mrs. McCormick was one of the few attorneys in Louisiana to be designated by The Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Family Law Specialist. She served as the chairperson of the Family Law Advisory Commission of the Louisiana Board of Family Law Specialization. In addition, Mrs. McCormick is a Qualified Family Mediator and trained as a Collaborative Divorce Attorney. She has also served as a Family Law Mediation instructor at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at L.S.U. She practices exclusively in the area of family law.
