About Kimberly Resetar
Kimberly Resetar was born and raised in Albany, Louisiana. The daughter of public school educators, Kimberly graduated Valedictorian from Albany High School in 2002. While completing her undergraduate studies at Louisiana State University, Kimberly acted as the Secretary of Eta Sigma Phi and was invited to become a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Phi Beta Kappa. She graduated summa cum laude in 2006 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science and dual minors in Classical Studies and Sociology.
In 2009, Kimberly received her Juris Doctorate and Diploma of Civil Law from Louisiana State University Law Center, where she was President of the LSU chapter of the Legal Association for Women and active in the Black Law Students Association.
