About Kimberly Price

Kim Price, a licensed attorney, has practiced in the areas of Minnesota contracts, construction law and commercial collections since 1993.  She is a former partner in the construction law firm of Olson & Price, Ltd., and a recognized leader in the construction law industry.  She received a prestigious BV rating from Martindale-Hubbell Legal Directory, a rating conferred by her peers, with a score of 4.4 out of a possible 5.  Minnesota lawyers selected Kim as a Minnesota Law & Politics “Super Lawyer”.  Kim speaks at continuing legal education seminars and in-house seminars about mechanic’s lien and payment bond law and other construction, contract and commercial collections-related topics.
