About Kevin Ross-Andino

Kevin K. Ross-Andino, Founder and Managing Partner of éclat Law, has dedicated his career to making justice accessible for all. He is driven by a vision to Empower the success of his clients regardless of their financial standing. After two decades of employment in some of the world’s largest international law firms, a personal family tragedy motivated Kevin to rethink the focus of his practice to better align with this mission, allowing him to serve each client’s unique needs rather than regurgitating one-size-fits-all solutions. Through his devotion, holistic approach, and relentless willingness to fight, Kevin ensures that everyone has equitable access to quality legal services.

In 2019, Kevin established éclat Law’s Foundation for Community Action, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports veterans, arts, culture, and other local organizations, to Empower the Success of Our Community Through Partnerships. Within this foundation, he also launched the ART@éclat Gallery, an exhibit located in éclat Law’s Altamonte Springs office which features local emerging artists, and the éclat Law Art Prize, a scholarship program for Master of Fine Arts students at the University of Central Florida.
