About Kevin Lake

Kevin A. Lake (Kevin) is a 1992 graduate of the Wake Forest University School of Law. He completed his undergraduate coursework at the College of Williams and Mary (Bachelor of Arts) in 1986.

Kevin began his legal career in 1992 after being admitted to the Virginia Bar. Since then, he has built and developed his practice to assist his clients in the fields of consumer bankruptcy, debtor and creditor bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, business litigation, and commercial litigation. Kevin is a member of the Richmond (former chair, bankruptcy section) and Virginia Bar Associations, as well as the American Bankruptcy Institute.

Outside of his legal work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and cultivating his personal and professional relationships in the Richmond area.
