About Kevin Kurtz

I am a graduate of Creighton University, 1972, and received the degree of Juris Doctor. I have been licensed to practice law in the State of Texas since 1972. I am admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Texas; the United States District Court, Northern, and Eastern District; the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit; and the United States Court of Federal Claims.

I belong to Dallas Bar Association and am on the State Bar of Texas Board of Directors for the Texas Lawyers Assistance Program and the Dallas Bar Association Peer Assistance Committee.

Presently, I practice under the name of The Law Offices of Kevin F. Kurtz, Esq.
