About Kent Gravelle

Mr. Gravelle is admitted to practice law in both MN and ND state and federal courts. Over the past year, he has represented injured workers in Minnesota workers’ compensation proceedings, most recently resulting in a win for a client in a contested OAH hearing before Judge Mesna and a May 7, 2015 win resulting in continuing treatment for a client before Arbitrator Hauck at the MN Department of Labor and Industry. However, much of Mr. Gravelle’s practice during the past decade has been as a ND and MN toxic tort defense attorney. Finally, Mr. Gravelle has many years of practice in debtor/creditor law, including successfully docketing a $328,283 judgment from England in Olmsted County, MN and successfully garnishing wages from that judgment.
