About Kenneth Nankin

Mr. Nankin operated his own law office from 1997 until the firm’s formation in 2000. From 1988 to 1997, Mr. Nankin was an attorney with Zuckert, Scoutt & Rasenberger, LLP, a District of Columbia law firm. Mr. Nankin has extensive experience in representing airlines and other corporate clients in business, principal-agent and intellectual property disputes in federal and state courts and in arbitration proceedings.

Mr. Nankin graduated in 1988 from Harvard Law School, where he was a member of the Harvard Computer-Aided Legal Instruction Project. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University in 1985. He is a member of the Bars of Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia and New York.
