About Kelly Lowery

Kelly represents Northeastern Colorado governments, including several counties, towns, and housing authorities. In addition to Kelly’s government work, Kelly provides a wide range of legal services in Colorado and Nebraska from your business to estate planning, probate, and real estate needs. Kelly enjoys providing a wide range of knowledge and ideas for whatever your present legal situation requires.

Kelly grew up in Julesburg, CO and graduated from Julesburg High School. She enjoys golfing, paddle boarding, and other outdoor activities in addition to spending time with her friends, family, and Great Pyrenees, Atticus.
