About Katharine Carr

Since 2012, Katharine has dedicated herself to protecting the rights of landlords in all matters related to cell sites. Immediately after graduating from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Katharine began working for the organization Cell Tower Attorney as an associate attorney handling general landlord-tenant issues. Soon after joining Cell Tower Attorney, Katharine began handling cell site specific matters beginning with Verizon Wireless leases and then quickly expanding to all wireless lease matters, lease default issues, lease interpretation, and cell site lease buyouts and easements. As Katharine’s experience grew, her practice expanded to include all matters related to all aspects of cell site leasing.

At the end of 2014 Katharine moved out of San Francisco and proceeded to open her own firm in order to continue to assist clients in all areas of cell site leasing and easements. To this day Katharine continues to be driven by a passion for working with property owners and providing the high level of service that her clients have come to rely upon.
