About Karen Hatfield
Karen has been a litigator since she graduated from William Mitchell College of Law. Prior to law school, Karen graduated in the top of her class in obtaining a B.S. in Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. While working on her business degree, Karen also played volleyball for UW-Stout.
She practices in the areas of personal injury, uninsured/underinsured motor litigation, legal investigation and analysis of complex claims, insurance litigation, no-fault and workers’ compensation. She also serves as a qualified civil mediator and arbitrator. Karen has been recognized by her peers as a Rising Star multiple years and a top lawyer by a number of organizations. In addition, to representing clients, Karen regularly is asked to provide presentations for clients and attorneys on a variety of areas pertaining to civil litigation. She is admitted to practice in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Colorado.
In her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, running marathons (including the Boston Marathon multiple years), downhill skiing and playing volleyball with friends.
