About Justin Hodges

Justin Justice is not just my nickname, it is an expression of my core beliefs.  I am a plaintiff-side civil trial attorney. Every morning I wake up ready to fight for justice and equity for my clients.  I am hungry, tenacious, and passionate about my role as your attorney.

I grew up in a small town in Florida. There are times where we struggled and life was difficult.  Growing up in that environment, I’ve experienced first-hand the reality that many in our communities do not have access to quality legal representation. As a result, they are powerless to fight against wealthy corporations and insurance companies. Those corporations and insurance companies are greedy bullies who put profit over the the safety of the public. From a young age, I knew that I wanted to fight against that injustice. That’s why I became a personal injury lawyer. 

When my client’s think of me, I want them to feel a sense of security knowing that I am going to fight harder for them than any other lawyer. In my eyes, there is nothing more noble than fighting for justice and standing up against bullies. 

During the past several years, I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to represent many of you in Southern California. I’ve sat with you in your homes or at your hospital bed in some of your most trying hours. I could not be more proud that you chose me and my firm when it counted most in your lives.  It has been my honor.
