About Justin Givens

Justin Giles is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office.  He initially joined the firm in 2016 after graduating from Fordham University School of Law, and rejoined the firm in 2018 after completing a clerkship with the Honorable Harris L Hartz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.   Justin’s practice spans multiple subject areas, including securities litigation, contractual disputes, environmental litigation, intellectual property litigation, class action litigation, defamation, employment disputes, and appeals.  Justin is a member of the Firm’s Digital Asset Practice group, working on cases involving cutting-edge technology including cryptocurrency.  Justin also maintains an active pro bono practice, frequently focusing on constitutional issues including the First and Eighth Amendments.

Prior to law school, Justin taught LSAT preparation for a non-profit organization.
