About Justin Gaynor

Justin is the Founding Partner of Gaynor Law Group, P.C. and is actively involved with all of the Firm’s practice areas. He is based in Los Angeles, but can regularly be found in New York and Austin.  Justin’s clients include family offices, private equity funds, principals of private equity and real estate funds, high net worth individuals, angel investors, start-ups and businesses of all sizes in the U.S. and abroad.

Justin’s experience as an entrepreneur and business owner, and as an attorney leading high-stakes transactions, allows him to bring a unique set of experiences to the practice of law and to truly understand the business needs of the Firm’s clients.

He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles where he received the Order of the Coif honor, and his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.

As an active member of the community and proud Trojan alumnus, Justin currently volunteers as a mentor as part of USC’s Society 53 mentorship program and serves on the Executive Committee of the USC Alumni Association Board of Governors where he co-chairs the Student Outreach committee.  Previously, he was the President of the USC Marshall Alumni Association LA Chapter, a member of USC Marshall Alumni Association Executive Board, and a member of the USC Alumni Leadership Planning Committee.

Justin was born and raised in New York and maintains strong ties with both coasts.  He enjoys attending sporting events, good food and spending time outdoors with his family.  He and his wife live in Brentwood with their daughter, and they have another little one on the way.
