About Justin Cohen

Justin Cohen is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight’s Dallas office. Mr. Cohen focuses his practice on intellectual property (IP) litigation and counseling, primarily in the areas of software, electrical, telecommunications and semiconductor technologies. He has represented clients in various patent, copyright and trademark litigation in a variety of federal district courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and in the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). Mr. Cohen also helps clients identify, evaluate, license and enforce their IP assets.
