About Justin Baxter

Justin Baxter’s practice focuses on consumer litigation with an emphasis on credit reporting and unlawful debt collection cases. He is a founding board member of Oregon Consumer Justice. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Consumer Advocates. He is the past chair of the Oregon State Bar Consumer Law Section, and the past chair of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association’s Consumer Protection Section.

Justin has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1999, and a member of the Washington State Bar Association since 2007. He received his J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College, where he was an associate editor on the Journal of Small and Emerging Business Law. In 2009, he received the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rating ® for legal skill and ethics.
