About Ju Park

Ju Park is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Parsus. Ju combines her legal expertise with her experience as an entrepreneur to provide effective and innovative counsel to her clients. As the chief architect and visionary of the firm, Ju understands the challenges of launching and maintaining a successful business, and is well-placed to help her clients realize their goals and surmount the obstacles in their way. Clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies rely on her to provide them with her unique perspective that blends legal theory with business practicality.

Ju focuses on assisting clients who have a social-impact-driven mission, and takes an active role in helping shape her community for the better. She has served on the boards of both commercial and not-for-profit enterprises, and is a member and leader of a number of professional and social organizations. Ju also enjoys pro bono work as a way of positively influencing those who may not have the resources necessary to obtain the top-level assistance that they deserve.

Before co-founding Parsus, Ju was an attorney in the Hong Kong and Los Angeles offices of Latham & Watkins, where she represented clients in domestic and cross-border transactions.

Ju received her law degree from UCLA, and attended University of Texas at Austin and West Point as an undergraduate.

Ju loves riding horses, eating ethnic cuisines and exploring the world on land and under water.
