About Joshua Mohrsaz

Mr. Mohrsaz’s experience in employment matters spans over several years. He has litigated employment-related cases from the employee’s side and strongly believes in protecting the rights of workers. Mr. Mohrsaz focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, from pre-filing through appeal.

During law school, Mr. Mohrsaz externed for the Honorable Judge Stephen V. Wilson in the U.S. District Court, Central District where he gained invaluable experience and first-hand insight from within the judicial system. He also served as a board member for the Southwestern Law Review, was a member of the dean’s list, and earned a number of additional academic distinctions.
