About Jonathan Hernandez

Jonathan Hernandez has dedicated his practice to the representation of policyholders against their insurance carriers. Since joining the Acle Law Firm, he has successfully represented a range of property policyholder clients, from large condo associations to individual residential property owners, in litigation against large insurance companies. His focus includes, but is not limited to, property insurance, commercial general liability insurance, windstorm, water and hurricane damage, among others.

Jonathan has extensive experience in the preparation, presentation, and trial of a variety of property damage claims resulting from hurricanes, fires, water pipe damage, mold and even theft.
