About Jonathan Dessaules

Jon began his law career as a law clerk for Judge Earl H. Carroll in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona before joining the ranks of “Big Law” and eventually forming Dessaules Law in 2007.

An effective courtroom presence, Jon has successfully represented clients in numerous jury and bench trials in both federal and state courts and on appeal.

Jon is a passionate advocate who has represented thousands of homeowners and consumers. He is one of the few who represent the homeowner, not the HOA, and truly enjoys getting to work everyday alongside likeminded crusaders and unapologetic justice seekers.

While his name may be most commonly associated in the HOA world, Jon also represents individuals and businesses in commercial, business, and employment matters, both in litigation and arbitration.

Jon’s vision for Dessaules Law is to deliver the strategic depth and sophistication of Big Law with the responsiveness, efficiency, and personal service of a boutique firm. As a Big Law misfit, Jon firmly believes the quality of work and attention that a client receives should never turn on the size of the firm.

When his “out of office” light is on, Jon enjoys whitewater rafting, escape rooms with his daughters, and stumbling upon life’s Fellini moments.
