About John Strafaci

Over the 30 years that John Strafaci has been a lawyer, he has striven to create a “client-first” approach to his practice. This approach has enabled the Law Offices of M. John Strafaci’s commitment to being at the forefront of tribal law issues sets him apart from others in the legal community. He has helped countless individuals bring claims regarding employment, personal injury, and gaming disputes before tribal courts. John Strafaci currently holds the record for the largest personal injury claim awarded by a tribal court in the amount of $2.9 million. He is licensed to practice in both Mohegan Gaming Disputes Court (Mohegan Sun) and Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court (Foxwoods).

Throughout his career, John Strafaci has also placed a great importance on being a member of his community. John has served his community in many ways, ranging from volunteering as a Little League coach to serving the city of New London on City Council and as Mayor. John also enjoys being active. When he is not advocating diligently for his clients, you can find him on the tennis court.
