My technical background is in the mechanical, electrical, and computer arts. Extensive experience in the area of computer hardware, software, and systems performance. Experience includes twenty-four years with IBM in technical design, development, field support, marketing, and legal protection of a variety of computer mainframe hardware systems, storage subsystems, software operating systems, and mainframe system performance.

These positions included responsibilities related to mainframe processor and I/O systems performance, hardware development, software development, and marketing and technical support of engineering/scientific systems, voice recognition, PCs and industrial computers, and their related software. In addition, four years of experience in the Air Force related to the development and field support of military radar systems, the development of aircraft interception control computers, and integrated circuit fabrication at the USAF Microelectronics Laboratory in Rome, New York.
