About John Mandler

John Mandler is an experienced trial lawyer who champions clients’ causes in complex product liability, class action and toxic tort cases around the country. He has tried numerous cases to verdict. John represents clients in various industries, including agribusiness, chemical and industrial manufacturing, medical devices and construction products.

Product Liability and Toxic Tort Litigation

John has tried and won numerous product liability and toxic claims, including claims of contamination, economic loss and personal injury. He serves as lead trial counsel in major MDLs involving large classes of plaintiffs and as national litigation counsel for a number of Fortune 500 companies.

Agribusiness Litigation and Regulatory Counseling

As co-leader of Faegre Drinker’s toxic torts practice and co-leader of the firm’s food and agribusiness industry group, John represents crop protection chemical and seed company clients in litigation, and advises them on federal and state law and regulatory issues including issues under the Federal Fungicide, Insecticide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Seed Act.
