About John Jacobsen

After practicing family law for more than 10 years, John has come to understand that there is no such thing as a “typical case.” Every case, and every client, comes with unique factors and a singular history. This is why it’s so important to understand the law and how it applied to these factors. Practicing criminal law since 2005, John was honored as one of the youngest members of the CJA panel, an exclusive list of attorneys approved and capable of taking on complex issues within the United States Code and the United States Sentencing Guidelines. Through his advocacy and overall awareness of the court, John has secured the release of several clients who the government recommended be sent to prison.

The next step in the process involves taking those facts and connecting them to the law to create a persuasive argument.
