John A. Guglielmi has over 25 years experience as a criminal defense attorney and offers high-quality representation to clients charged with a broad range of crimes. He is a highly-trained and aggressive criminal defense lawyer who challenges powerful prosecutors, and always tries to negotiate for a reduction or dismissal of the charges. John utilizes his knowledge, skills and experience of the law to defend his clients. He constantly updates his knowledge of the ever changing laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts including the effects of Melanie’s Law and the requirements for the Sex Offender Registry.

John received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1994 and his B.A. from Fairfield University in 1991.
