Jisoo Kim is a Managing attorney at Paré & Associates, LLC, focusing on civil and commercial litigation, landlord-tenant disputes, and bankruptcy law. Since 2019, he has represented individuals, businesses, and property owners in complex legal matters across Maryland and Washington, D.C.

Jisoo has extensive experience handling contract disputes, property disputes, business litigation, commercial lease disputes, landlord-tenant litigation, and wage and hour violation matters. He regularly appears before state and federal courts, advocating for his clients with a strategic and results-driven approach. Additionally, he assists clients on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy filings, helping them navigate financial challenges and protect their assets.

During and after law school, Jisoo served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Karla N. Smith of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. He also gained valuable judicial experience as a judicial intern to the Honorable Irma S. Raker (ret.) of the Court of Appeals of Maryland (now the Supreme Court of Maryland). His experiences from both sides of the bench gives him a deep understanding of the judicial process, allowing him to craft compelling legal arguments and to advocate effectively for his clients.
