About Jinhee Wilde

Jinhee Wilde, JD is the Founder(Ret.) of WA Law Group, LLC.

During more than 3 decades of her legal career, Ms. Wilde has had a diverse and unique background, as a corporate lawyer facilitating multi-million dollar, multi-national transactions, and as a government prosecutor/attorney before changing her focus to business and investment immigration law. Ms. Wilde uniquely combines being a fierce advocate and a personable adviser to her clients.

Because she spent half of her legal career working as a government attorney, beginning as the Prosecutor for the City of Chicago, and then on as the Attorney Advisor, Special Counsel, and Inspector General Designee for the U.S. Department of Agriculture before entering the private sector, she says she still has the government attorneys’ view on doing her cases.

She was also a partner of several major DC law firms, such as Arent Fox, before opening her law firm in Rockville, Maryland.

Ms. Wilde received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Chicago and her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
