About Jim Watson

James A. Watson has more than 25 successful years of experience in personal injury claims, including; wrongful death claims, truck wrecks, automobile wrecks and slip and fall/trip and fall accidents . He represents people from all walks of life who have been injured as a result of the negligence of others and has recovered tens of millions of dollars in settlements and judgments for his clients. Jim also has legal expertise in business contract disputes and probate estate disputes.

Jim has been happily married to Cindy for 22 years and has a daughter, Josie, and a son, Berk. Jim’s hobbies include working out, hunting and running his family cattle farm on the weekends.

James A. Watson is admitted to practice in all Georgia state trial and appellate courts, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. He is also a member of the American Association of Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the North Fulton Bar Association.
