About Jerry O’young
JOYCE NG practices in the Investment Funds group in the firm’s New York office. She advises investment advisers on the structuring of their advisory business, formation of U.S. and non-U.S. private investment funds and regulatory compliance issues. In addition, Joyce represents investors and advisers in the negotiation of side letters, managed accounts and other strategic investment arrangements.
Prior to joining Sidley, Joyce was an associate in the Private Investment Funds group at another major law firm in New York.
While attending Columbia Law School, Joyce was editor-in-chief of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law. She also represented Columbia and was National Semifinalist in the 2012 Transactional LawMeet.
Joyce is fluent in Cantonese and proficient in Mandarin.
