About Jeremy Mccullough

Jeremy R. McCullough is an attorney licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in the state of Utah. He graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and received his Juris Doctorate of Law from Willamette University in 2006. In law school Jeremy was an active member of the Moot Court Board and participated in the school’s legal aid program. Jeremy volunteers regularly at the Southern Utah Community Legal Center and has participated in creating free wills for emergency responders as part of the Wills for Heroes program.

Jeremy enjoys representing the “little guy” in civil litigation matters. It came as a surprise to him that he really enjoys practicing bankruptcy law and helping people receive the financial forgiveness that those powerful laws offer. Jeremy also really likes taking on insurance companies in car accident and workers compensation cases as well as helping clients develop and accomplish their estate planning goals. Overall, he enjoys the practice of law and the opportunity it provides to improve the lives of his clients.When he is not practicing law he enjoys spending time with his wife and energetic children.
