About Jennifer Upton

Jennifer has spent over a decade advising and representing businesses and individuals in litigation involving contract and business disputes, trust and fiduciary matters, insurance defense, and landlord-tenant and real estate matters. She focuses her practice on litigation in both state and federal courts. She has broad experience in all facets of a lawsuit from the initial filing stage through appeal and has handled dozens of cases in Virginia and Indiana. Jennifer understands that quality client service extends beyond the courtroom.

She is also a firm believer that lawyers should give back to their local communities. She does so by providing pro bono services to CASA special advocates and was previously a board member of Girls, Inc. of Monroe County, Indiana.
