About Jennifer Leffler

Jennifer Leffler is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried hundreds of criminal and civil cases in state courts throughout Northern Virginia. She is a former prosecutor, Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Fairfax County. In addition to her defense and prosecutorial experience, Ms. Leffler also served as a judicial law clerk in the Fairfax County Circuit Court.

Ms. Leffler routinely handles criminal and traffic matters, protective orders, expungements, personal injury matters, and police investigations. She has been named a Top Lawyer by Washingtonian Magazine, a Rising Star by SuperLawyers, and included in the 2022 Edition of Best Lawyers in Criminal Defense: General Practice and White-Collar.
