Rodgers v. Springfield Housing Authority (SHA), 348 Ill. App., 3d 1107, 868 N.E. 2d 1108 (Ill. App. 4th Dist. 2004) (unpublished opinion). Represented a municipal corporation wherein the Springfield Housing Authority was a “local public entity” pursuant to the Illinois Tort Immunity Act. SHA, as municipal entity, found not liable pursuant to Tort Immunity Act at local level and affirmed on appeal.
