About Jeffrey Eldredge

Over the course of a more than three-decade-long career at V&E – much of it spent in the firm’s London office – Jeff has handled some of the largest transactions in the energy and telecommunications space worldwide.

Jeff focuses on representing private equity sponsors engaged in cross-border infrastructure mergers and acquisitions in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In addition, he represents issuers, borrowers, and financial institutions in leveraged finance transactions, including high-yield bond offerings.

Jeff has advised private equity and sovereign wealth funds, corporate issuers, acquirers, project developers, and financiers and their advisors, in numerous acquisitions, dispositions and financings.
